Implementation and migration to a new IT platform (150 Mio. CHF project). Design of a new operating model for the bank’s operations units for the time after the cut- over.

Design of the sourcing model and design of the relevant processes with the sourcing partners of the bank. Evaluation of tools for the service management as part of the operational model (change
management, project management, incident/problem management). Support to the bank during the contracting process with the sourcing partners.
