Program Lead of the strategic outsourcing initiative in the area of data centre housing and IT infrastructure hosting. Evaluation of the service provider (RfI, RfP, SLA and contracting / negotiation lead on behalf of the bank).
Design and solution blue print of the new data centers and the relating new IT-infrastructure; Transition planning (move data centers, processes, services, transition etc.) and execution of the transition.
