Onshore Singapore based private bank as part of a global private bank. Program lead of the a strategic outsourcing initiative in the area of data centre housing and IT-infrastructure hosting and BCP. Evaluation of the service provider (RfI, RfP). Design and solution blue print of the new data centers and the relating new IT-infrastructure. Transition planning (move data centers, processes, services, transition etc.) and transition execution.
