Global private bank - global program lead for FATCA and AEI/CRS implementation

Global program manager of the implementation of the OECD’s common reporting standard (CRS)/Automatic Exchange of Information AEI and the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).
Global program management, international coordination for all booking centers/jurisdictions of the bank (in Switzerland, European countries, Latin America and Asian countries and India).
Business requirements, business engineering, global solution design, business analysis, IT implementation, implementation of forms/guidelines/processes globally, global rollout activities as communication, training, implementation of a central strategic reporting solution for US FATCA 8966 reporting, UK FATCA/ARR reporting and CRS/AEI reporting for all booking centers of the banking group, evaluation of new systems/application solutions (RfI, RfP, SLA, negotiation and contracting), global responsibility for the business implementation and system implementation (testing, deployment/rollout, burn-in phase), central coordination of the overall program budget, communication and coordination on executive management/senior management level.
