Mid-sized private bank in Switzerland - program manager IT full-outsourcing

RfP and offering process and contracting of an IT Full-Outsourcing transaction of a Swiss Privat Bank (~450 employees, ~25 Bill. CHF Assets under Management).
Execution of the due diligence after the contract signing, transition management and integration of the IT staff of the bank into the service provider's organization (change management process), takeover and integration of all IT-related assets of the bank (@ 500 workplace clients, all networks, peripheral components, > 200 servers, takeover of the application management of the core banking system and 170 satellite systems, management of the interfaces, takeover of the bank’s data centers etc.), standardization of all IT-related processes (eg. operational services/infrastructure management, application management, change management, release management, problem management, service management, security management, configuration management etc.), definition of service level agreements (SLAs), management of the project portfolio of the bank, change requests and new developments, integration and development of a new governance structure on all communication levels.
